"Crafted to me means special, personal, one of a kind, single trademark that has been created with care and ambition.

    I have bartended for over 15 years, from loud clubs with booming music to neighborhood bars with people drinking the same spirit for over 50 years, from shaking cocktails for the rich and famous to bartending live on TV for various programs.  I've seen them order the Bahama Slammer or the Old Fashion Southern Dimer. I've made 2oz Sazeracs that can light the room on fire and 18oz Aged Bourbon Stocks that can heal 1000 aching hearts.   

After many many venues and thousands of drinks with endless clients, I've refined my work as a bartender to only the finest and freshest.  People seem to enjoy fresh fruits... veggies... zest and herbs in their cocktails, they want to taste the substance of great spirits with natural ingredients that are finely tuned and toned to create the best cocktails on earth. Well,... I have infused the syrups and tainted the spirits with aromas and seeds from nature's gardens and created Crafted Catering.
